Job Description

We are looking for a Production Assistant for a manufacturing company in Wickliffe, OH.  
 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
This position is based in office, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $18/hourly
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments.
  • Data entry of production reports 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctual attendance 
  • Must not be afraid to work outside. 80% will be inside, but there will be inventory work outside. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
