Customer Success Representative

Everstaff is seeking a Customer Success Rep for a reputable manufacturing company in the Mentor area!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship building
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Collect customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product or service improvement
• Meet or exceed daily targets by effectively managing accounts

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• A passion for customer success and commitment to achieving goals
