Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join our team and contribute to the production of state-of-the-art medical imaging and safety devices in a high-tech, clean manufacturing environment. As key contributors to the production process, Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly and testing of products for the medical industry in a clean environment, adhering to assembly instructions.
  • Utilize technical equipment, including custom gauges and fixtures, hand torque tools, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Follow all documentation associated with work assignments accurately.
  • Complete build logs and all appropriate documentation.
  • Use computers for testing and install/test unit firmware/software.
  • Troubleshoot reoccurring problems in the assembly and testing processes.
  • Train other associates in assembly and test processes/procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job.
 
Required Skills:
  • Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Precision assembly skills with small parts.
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent punctuality and dependability.
 
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous electro-mechanical assembly/technician experience is preferred, or a 2-year relevant technical degree or equivalent.
