Legal Office Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an Office Manager for a law firm in Cleveland! You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Senior Partners to manage the day-to-day operations of the Cleveland office.
Salary:
- $60,000-$70,000

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily functions of the Cleveland office.
- Supervise all non-professional staff members.
- Oversee all aspects of interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Organize and facilitate training for new hires.
- Handle team payroll, timecard approvals, and PTO requests.
- Mediate team issues and escalate to HR when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between attorneys and other management.
- Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings.
- Serve as the office contact for all area support agencies.
- Assist with communication among employees.
- Assist with internal and external promotional events and coordinate office participation in volunteer and community events.
- Coordinate the maintenance and security of the physical office.
- Manage office supply purchases for the Cleveland office.
- Support technology implementation within the Cleveland office.
- Organize monthly, weekly, and quarterly team meetings as needed.
- Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the legal industry.
- Ability to lead and direct using a high degree of creativity.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Needles Case Management software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
