Everstaff is seeking an HR Manager for an excellent company in the Solon area!

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Onboarding and Training
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
