Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Product Support Specialists! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to customers via phone.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the products, staying updated on new features, enhancements, and technical specifications.
- Provide proactive support by creating and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge resources, such as FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Assist customers with placing and cancelling orders and providing updates on order status.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a passion for helping customers and delivering high-quality experiences. Direct Hire
