Patient Care Representative
Job Description
We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service/Sale Representatives in Parsippany, NJ.
You will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and sourcing new opportunities through customer inquiries and cold calling.
Remote opportunity AFTER 1 month of being in office for training.
Working hours include weekdays between 7:30am – 8pm EST and rotating Saturdays 9:30am to 5pm EST.
Pay: $19-$20/hourly, plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound sale calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to email and chat inquires from patients and providers.
- Source new opportunities by calling perspective clients.
- Navigate multiple computer programs and accurately log all call activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Flexibility in working hours is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years in a call center and sales environment is required.
- Ability to work in a heavy metrics environment.
- Experience working with CRM and Excel.
