Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative to join a growing team in Canton, OH! This role focuses on processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records. If you have a strong background in accounts payable, enjoy problem-solving, and excel in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
 
Pay: $20-$22/HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Match and code invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation for data entry.
  • Code and manage company credit card and fuel receipts.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary information.
  • Participate in receptionist rotation, including daily mail pickup and drop-off at the post office, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the company.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Prior experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and use hands for various tasks.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
