Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive for our client in the Columbus area! You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our products and services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the designated market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' challenges and goals.
  • Present solutions and articulate how they can address client needs effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to craft and present proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of clients to the post-sales and account management teams.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide relevant insights and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven success in technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
