Everstaff is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a reputable client in the Fairlawn area. Direct Hire opportunity!
The Administrative Assistant assures excellent customer service, by routing calls, taking customer payments, and handling other general office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual/department
- Run credit cards for customers
- Filing, purging paperwork
- Organizing supplies, filling copy machines, general office duties
- Occasionally cover front desk: Greet/welcome visitors and guests, sign for packages, process mail as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Administrative/office experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with billing/invoices is a plus
