We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, components, or products according to established guidelines, specifications, and quality standards.
Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $20/hr.; based on experience
Shift: 1st
Job Duties:
- Assemble components using hand/power tools and interpret blueprints or instructions.
- Inspect products for quality, perform light tool maintenance, and maintain a clean work area.
- Pack, label, and verify shipments; load/unload trucks and track inventory.
- Organize inventory, follow safety protocols, and assist with restocking.
- Communicate delays, meet production goals, and collaborate with the team for efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable).
