Assembler

EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts, components, or products according to established guidelines, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Title: Assembler

Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $20/hr.; based on experience

Shift: 1st

Job Duties:

• Assemble components using hand/power tools and interpret blueprints or instructions.
• Inspect products for quality, perform light tool maintenance, and maintain a clean work area.
• Pack, label, and verify shipments; load/unload trucks and track inventory.
• Organize inventory, follow safety protocols, and assist with restocking.
• Communicate delays, meet production goals, and collaborate with the team for efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable).
