We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Technician to join our team in Solon, Ohio. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling various components using hand tools and power tools such as drills and screwdrivers. This is a 1st shift position with a competitive pay rate ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including drills and screwdrivers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
