Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm  
Annual Salary: up to $175,000
Full Benefits offered and PTO.
This role involves serving regional, national, and global clientele by delivering pragmatic, inventive, and cost-efficient resolutions within the realms of eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy services. Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) years' legal practice experience with a proven interest in eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy matters. We seek adept individuals who exhibit:
  1. Five (5) years' expertise in drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, presenting arguments, conducting witness interviews, formulating discovery requests, and relevant litigation skills.
  2. Admission to practice in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC.
Skills, Knowledge, And Competencies:
  1. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasion.
  2. Remarkable presentation, organizational, and project management proficiencies.
  3. Experience collaborating with and managing remote teams.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Capacity to handle a dynamic workload, prioritize tasks, and foresee challenges.
  6. Inclination to grasp and articulate technological concepts, fostering effective discussions with tech-savvy individuals and translating findings for non-tech stakeholders.
  7. Sound judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to devise practical business solutions.
  8. Dedication and interpersonal adeptness are conducive to thriving in a collaborative team setting.
