Senior Litigation Attorney | Insurance Coverage & Property Claims | Hybrid After Training
Location:  Los Angeles (Century City), CA 
Pay:  $165,000 - $200,000
A highly respected national law firm with a 40-year legacy of advocating for policyholders is expanding its Los Angeles team and seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle complex first-party property insurance matters. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with sharp litigation skills, a "hunter" mindset, and the desire to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven legal team.

Your Role:
  • Represent policyholders in insurance disputes involving denied claims, bad faith, and coverage conflicts
  • Analyze insurance policies, assess coverage issues, and craft tailored litigation strategies
  • Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage all aspects of pre-trial and trial litigation
  • Collaborate with a skilled legal team including paralegals and assistants
  • Negotiate favorable settlements while maintaining a sharp eye on maximizing client outcomes
  • Take initiative in business development—ideal candidates bring both skill and a growth mindset
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of litigation experience—property insurance experience highly preferred
  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
  • Proven courtroom and negotiation experience
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to bring in or generate new business
  • Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented
