Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused bilingual individuals for our client in Akron. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall positive experience of our customers.
 
Position details:
  • Remote opportunities available after training
  • Direct Hire opportunity
  • Pay: $18
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Shipping, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members when needed.
