Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Agent for our client in Ann Arbor! You will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel plans, including booking reservations, providing information about accommodations and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone regarding reservations and travel-related information.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available accommodations, pricing, and amenities.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the designated booking system or software.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints regarding reservations or travel arrangements promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Uphold a high level of customer service standards, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and handling customer information.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems or booking software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
