Pay Rate:  $55,000/yr. - $60,000/yr. plus bonuses
Shift:  Monday – Friday, 1st shift
 
Branch Manager – Warehouse & Operations
We are hiring a Branch Manager to oversee daily warehouse and branch operations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting efficient service and delivery operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily branch and warehouse operations
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
  • Oversee inventory levels, equipment tracking, and monthly counts
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
  • Manage purchasing and inventory replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support quality improvement and audit activities
 
Qualifications:
  • Leadership or operations experience preferred
  • Warehouse, logistics, or inventory management background
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate company vehicles
