Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual for our client in Troy! You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products or services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Utilize the company's customer service software and systems to manage and document customer interactions and issue resolution.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve overall customer experience and product/service offerings.
  • Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Continuously expand knowledge and stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate various software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer complaints or challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
