Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager for our client in downtown Los Angeles. This role involves managing client cases from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely medical treatment coordination, and efficient handling of insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal support roles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Position Details:
  • $60,000-$80,000
  • On site position

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients regarding medical treatment and case status.
  • Open claims with insurance companies and coordinate property damage inspections.
  • Obtain liens from Medicare, medical, and health insurance providers.
  • Set up and manage medical treatment with providers on a lien basis.
  • Collect medical records and billing statements from providers.
  • Prepare and submit demands to insurance companies.
  • Manage medical treatment to maximize recovery within policy limits.
  • Negotiate medical liens to optimize settlement outcomes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Secretary.
  • Strong knowledge of legal office operations and case management processes.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in case management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret medical records.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
