Base Salary: $70 - $80k plus commission
Full benefits
Monday through Friday 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
  • Manage client cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate progress.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, other attorneys, and legal professionals.
  • Stay current with changes in law and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Ohio.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
