Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representatives for our client in Troy! You will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and resolving claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Pay:
  • $16 per hour

Schedule:
  • Training: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • After training: Monday-Friday; schedule options between 6am and 8pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate claim records in internal systems.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices related to claims processing.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
