Client Services Representative – Westlake, OH

We are looking for a Client Services Representative for a direct hire for a dynamic and rapidly expanding company based in Westlake. This individual will serve as the face of the company, providing support to clients.

  • Salary: $55k - $70k plus bonuses.  

  • Providing frontline support for all client services, addressing inquiries via telephone, email, and virtual meetings while effectively tracking and resolving issues.
  • Conducting thorough troubleshooting of data and software issues to discern between procedural challenges and software bugs.
  • Delivering tailored solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective measures.
  • Collaborating across teams to support client interests and contribute to product development initiatives.
  • Conducting quality assurance testing on new software applications and features, including regression testing, and reviewing product documentation.
  • Assisting the Client Services Teams with various assignments as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on criminal justice or paralegal studies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field, with legal-related experience highly preferred.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships, with integrity and a friendly demeanor as essential attributes.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a diverse workload efficiently, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
  • Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a passion for working with people.
