Job Description
Everstaff is seeking a Customer Service/Promotions Coordinator to oversee the planning, communication, and execution of promotional campaigns for a reputable client. This role works closely with internal teams and distribution centers to ensure timely and successful implementation of promotions.
Pay: $17-$18/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and share promotional data and updates with internal teams and distribution centers.
- Verify promotional materials and schedules to ensure accuracy.
- Facilitate weekly meetings to coordinate activities and address campaign needs.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Customer Service, Purchasing, and Field Services, to execute promotions.
- Communicate details about new products, national campaigns, and regional promotions.
- Drive continuous improvement in promotional processes and communication strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
