Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our client in Akron! In this role, you will provide both inbound and outbound support to caregivers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Position Information:
  • $15-$16/hour
  • Initial training is conducted onsite, followed by remote work.
  • Additional onsite training may be required for upskilling and cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule medical services efficiently and accurately.
  • Retrieve and upload prior service results.
  • Reschedule missed appointments.
  • Communicate and coordinate follow-up services as needed.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for upcoming compliance deadlines.
  • Facilitate self-service workflows for personal assistants.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Customer service experience (especially phone-based support).
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and share knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
