Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join the next training class for a premier client in Daytona Beach!  In this role, the customer service agents will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. 
 
Pay:
  • $17.00 per hour
Additional information:
  • Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30am – 8:00pm
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Hybrid schedule available after 30 days
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficiently multi-task across various software applications.
  • Strive for first call resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address questions and complaints in compliance with applicable state regulations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teammates, fostering a collaborative work environment.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Consistent performance with quality scores of 95% or higher.
