Job Description

Everstaff is seeking a Customer Service Rep for a reputable company in the Solon area!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry to update customer information and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Analyze customer accounts and provide recommendations or resolutions based on their specific situations
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
