Customer Service Specialist

We have a client in Solon, OH looking for an Order Administrator/Data Entry Specialist! You will be supporting client accounts and assisting the company with implementing a new ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Use advanced Excel functions to enter and manipulate data.
• Enter new customer orders into the system to be processed.
• Utilize Excel to track order status and enter new orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support processes and procedures.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel - able to use formulas, charts, and some advanced functions.
• Able to commute reliably to Solon, OH.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Great verbal and written communication.

Additional Information:

• Onsite position.
• Monday-Friday first shift - can be flexible.
• $21/hr
