Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
This individual will provide elite customer service while answering inbound calls promptly and accurately during their scheduled shift. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will start onsite then can work on a hybrid schedule after training.
Shift: Second Shift - 12PM to 9PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email concerning services, products, billing, equipment and claims.
- Work with customers to resolve any service issues with phone and internet services.
- Complete daily workload of outstanding research required notes, close verification needed (CVN) repair tickets, cancelled orders, and other items assigned by Team Leader.
- Troubleshoot problems with phone service.
- Post payments to individual accounts.
- Assist customers with activating new phone, internet, and wireless service.
- Respond to repair tickets during rotating weekending on-call shift.
Qualifications
- Able to work between 12-9PM on weekdays
- High School diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Care Representative (or alternative role).
- Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated understanding of superior customer service techniques.
- Proficiency with the MS Office package and CRM.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
