Dispatcher

Everstaff is seeking a Dispatcher for a thriving company in the Solon area!

The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling service calls for HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and timely customer service. This role involves maintaining communication with both customers and field technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the HVAC service department.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and log incoming service requests, including emergency and routine maintenance calls.
• Schedule HVAC service appointments based on technician availability and customer needs.
• Dispatch field technicians to job sites, ensuring efficient routing and timely arrivals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information on service appointments, estimated arrival times, and other relevant details.
• Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing their concerns and questions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent .
• Prior experience in dispatching or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computer software and office tools for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-demand periods or emergencies.
