E-Commerce Product Sales Specialist
Job Description
Everstaff is seeking an organized and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join a growing team in Youngstown, OH. This role is responsible for managing online product listings, supporting customers throughout the sales process, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fulfilling online orders. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience selling products through online marketplaces.
Direct Hire opportunity!
Pay: $20-$23/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5pm

Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplace platforms.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers by responding to product inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Process online orders by packaging and preparing items for shipment.
- Assist with receiving, scanning, labeling, and maintaining inventory records.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Monitor online sales activity and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate product information and assist with updating listings as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience selling products through online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Previous sales, e-commerce, inventory, or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Experience working with product inventory or technical merchandise is beneficial but not required.
