Growing and Reputable Middleburg Heights company seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to join the TEAM.
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay: $17.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.


Provides a high tech, clean manufacturing work environment producing state-of-the-art medical imaging and safety devices.  Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians are key contributors to the production process.   Duties include assembly, test and calibration to meet or exceed our quality standards.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:  (subject to change)
  1. Electro-Mechanical assembly and testing of products for medical industry in clean environment by following assembly instructions.
  2. Use technical equipment such as custom gages and fixtures, hand torque tools, and precision measuring equipment
  3. Accurately follow all documentation associated with work assignments.
  4. Complete build logs and all appropriate documentation.
  5. Use computers for testing.
  6. Install and test unit firmware / software.
  7. Troubleshoot reoccurring problems.
  8. Train other associates in assembly & test processes / procedures.
  9. Any and other duties as required.
  10. Attendance is an essential function of the job.

  3. Precision assembly with small parts
  4. Mechanical & electrical knowledge
  5. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  6. Excellent Punctuality and Dependability 
 
Education and Experience:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous electro-mechanical assembly / technician experience, or a 2 year relevant technical degree or equivalent preferred.
