Job Description
Everstaff is seeking a Energy and Environmental Litigation Associate Attorney to join a well-established, full-service law firm Houston, TX office. This is a partnership-track opportunity offering meaningful litigation work and long-term growth.
Direct Hire Opportunity!
Salary: $150,000-$200,000
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a litigation caseload independently from inception through resolution
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Lead client communications and provide substantive case updates
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Develop and maintain client and referral relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
• Contribute to case strategy and overall litigation planning
Qualifications
• Active state bar license required
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Demonstrated track record of achievement and professional growth
