- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and prioritizing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Create, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
- Arrange and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives, working closely with executives to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee and improve office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient office environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
