Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant for our client in Detroit! Your role will encompass a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, allowing the Partner to focus on their core responsibilities. 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and prioritizing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Create, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
  • Arrange and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives, working closely with executives to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee and improve office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient office environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
