Job Description

Job Title: General Labor – Manufacturing
Location: Hartville, Ohio
Shift: 4pm – 2:30am
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to supporting daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with production line operations, machine setup, and packaging.
  • Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished goods.
  • Perform basic quality checks on products and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Operate hand tools and powered equipment as required.
  • Support warehouse, shipping, or assembly departments as needed.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
 
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions typical of a factory/warehouse.
