An established and fast-paced company in the logistics and freight-forwarding industry is looking for an IT Analytics Manager to lead a team supporting Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence systems. This hybrid role, offers a great opportunity for a technology leader passionate about optimizing data systems and driving digital transformation across business functions.
- Oversee the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of CRM, rate management, analytics platforms (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik), and B2 portals.
- Lead and mentor an internal team and external consultants while managing multiple IT projects.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
- Drive innovation and efficiency through process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
Requirement - 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record implementing and optimizing CRM, BI dashboards, and web-based portals.
- Hands-on experience in project management (Scrum/PMP), ITIL service management, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
