Job Description

Everstaff is currently searching for an Imaging Operator who will be responsible for managing and converting insurance documents for a company in Solon, OH. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: M-F, 8-5
In-Office / On-Site position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assisting in maintaining and organizing documents for operational efficiency.
  • Technical Operations: Using specialized equipment or software to manage digital data.
  • Records Management: Ensuring accurate and secure handling of important documents.
  • Data Processing: Converting and verifying data for system integration.
  • Commitment to high-quality standards and confidentiality.
  • Operate Opex scanning software.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of OCR software.
  • Identify and sort documents by client.
  • Recognize and process documents accurately.
  • Sort non-essential documents for destruction.
  • Print required documents for preparation and scanning.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the supervisor.
  • Conduct basic maintenance of scanning equipment, such as cleaning and vacuuming.

  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (15 to 20 lbs.).
  • Perform various data entry functions as needed.
  • Attendance, quality, and production must meet or exceed established standards.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Document scanning experience preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of mortgage servicing and insurance is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Opex scanner hardware and AnyDoc software.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in document scanning and related technology.
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
