Industrial Printing Technician – Metal (Manufacturing)
Pay Rate:  $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Hours:  7am - 3:30pm


Position Overview
The Industrial Printing Technician is responsible for producing high-quality printed components on metal using silk screen printing methods. This role requires hands-on experience with screen printing on metal substrates and the ability to work independently while supporting overall production needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up screens and artwork for production.
  • Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce quality printed parts.
  • Make adjustments during printing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Clean and maintain screens, tools, and equipment after production runs.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
  • Work with production and engineering teams to support printing needs.
  • Assist in other production or finishing areas as needed based on workload.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending throughout the workday

Qualifications
  • Required: Prior experience with screen printing on sheet metal
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and consistent work history
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
