Shipping and Receiving Associate
A growing company in Cuyahoga Falls is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and background in order fulfillment and inventory control.

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment:
  • Review daily pick lists and accurately pull items for customer orders
  • Label items per customer requirements
  • Securely pack and wrap orders for safe transport
  • Return unused inventory to storage with correct labeling
  • Stage completed orders for pickup and hand off to Materials Coordinator
Shipping and Receiving:
  • Load trucks for outbound shipments
  • Unload and verify incoming shipments
  • Record inventory into ERP system and generate pallet flags
  • Stage received inventory in proper warehouse locations
Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow 6S standards and report any safety issues to management
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of forklift operation and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and stand for long periods
