EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment with consistent hours and long-term stability.

Production Operator – 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Pay: $15.50–$17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 2nd Shift-4pm-3am Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and machinery
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and production procedures
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
