Job Title: Skilled Welder / Fabricator (MIG) – 1st Shift
 Location: Cleveland Suburb, OH
 Pay: Welders (MIG) – $25/hour | Fabricators – $29/hour
 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred (solid job history equally valued)
 
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team in the Cleveland area. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision work, craftsmanship, and reliability. You’ll work on custom and production projects where attention to detail and quality are essential.
 
Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of metals to meet exact specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings accurately
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Operate fabrication tools, including cutting, grinding, and finishing equipment
  • Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of MIG welding and fabrication experience
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
  • Proficient with measuring tools, calipers, and micrometers
  • Consistent attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of quality
 
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range: $25/hr (Welders) – $29/hr (Fabricators), depending on experience
  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday – enjoy long weekends every week
