Job Description

We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead a small, dedicated team at a food manufacturing facility.
This position is well suited for someone with hands-on sanitation experience who enjoys leading others, working with purpose, and maintaining a consistent schedule that allows for long weekends.

Pay: $25-$26/hr
Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside the sanitation team to ensure daily sanitation standards are met
  • Ensure production lines, equipment, and facilities are properly cleaned and sanitized
  • Complete inspections, environmental swabbing, and required sanitation documentation
  • Train team members and establish clear expectations and accountability
  • Identify sanitation issues and implement corrective actions
  • Partner closely with the Quality team to support food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
Qualifications
  • Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Comfortable working hands-on while leading a team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility
