Inside Sales Representative – Mentor, OH
 
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Mentor! You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and follow up on leads for projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with a wonderful company, and there is no cold calling involved! Base plus a guaranteed commission! Ability to earn $50-$65k.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Respond to inbound sales calls.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, company sales representative, and related departments. 
  • Maintain accurate data in the Sales Management System and follow up on actions. 
  • Request and receive purchase orders. 
  • Organize and send documents to customer service team 
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED/1 year of business or certificate from college or technical school is preferred. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Willingness to learn a new industry. 
  • Professional phone etiquette 
  • Data entry – at least 35 WPM
