Inside Sales Representative

- Research and identify potential leads and customers within your assigned territory or market segment.
- Initiate outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce products/services.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to prospects throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Regularly follow up with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track and manage your sales activities and opportunities using the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and forecasted revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our product/service offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telesales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Technical or electric background/knowledge required.
