Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Akron! You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Research and identify potential leads and customers within your assigned territory or market segment.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track and manage your sales activities and opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and forecasted revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our product/service offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telesales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Technical or electric background/knowledge required.
