- Manage stock replenishment needs with retailers to align with market trends.
- Review and analyze category performance with retail partners, ensuring continuous growth.
- Engage in constructive dialogues with retail partners to understand their needs and address objections.
- Address price concerns and objections by highlighting product value to meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with stores to create seasonal assortments and key item purchases.
- Guide customers towards optimal solutions based on their expressed needs, inquiries, and issues.
- Professionally navigate challenging conversations, upholding promises and commitments.
- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles in CRM to strategically foster long-term relationships for sustained revenue growth.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone sales.
- Demonstrated proficiency and enjoyment in prospecting and conducting business via phone, email, and/or text.
- Computer fluency and a preference for leveraging technology to make informed decisions and analyze opportunities.
- Inside sales experience.
- Previous involvement in the Gift Industry, Retail Distribution, or Wholesale Distribution.
