Insurance Litigation Attorney

Job Description
- Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents.
- Develop case strategies and provide clients with legal counsel on litigation matters.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
- Keep clients informed about case developments and provide timely responses to inquiries
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and substantive law.
- Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation software.
