Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing expert guidance, processing claims, and ensuring that all policies meet the clients' requirements.

$19 - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate insurance policies.
  • Review and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the insurance and medical industry (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with insurance software and CRM tools.
