Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will assist our legal team with various tasks including legal research, drafting documents, and client communication. You will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in case preparation and management. If you are organized, efficient, and have a passion for the legal field, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of legal arguments, motions, and other case materials.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and coordinate schedules.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Paralegal certification or relevant coursework preferred.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently
