Trial Firm – Experienced Litigation Paralegal
A highly respected mid-sized trial firm in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Paralegal with 5–7+ years of plaintiffs litigation experience. This fast-paced office focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and is known for trying high-stakes matters.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven plaintiffs litigation experience, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with WestLaw, LexisNexis, and Tabs3 is a plus.
  • Skilled in drafting legal documents, preparing discovery (including e-Discovery), managing records requests, document review and redaction, vetting experts, conducting background research, and assisting with mediation and trial preparation.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple case files, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills required.
