Litigation Paralegal – Join a High-Performing Legal Team (Denver, CO)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 DOE | Full-Time | Onsite

EverStaff has partnered with a respected litigation firm located in Denver, Colorado, that is seeking a highly skilled and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic team of attorneys. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering impactful legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
  • Track and maintain deadlines using calendaring systems and task management tools
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and court staff
  • Assist attorneys with daily case management, trial preparation, and legal strategy
  • Provide timely client updates and maintain confidence throughout case progression

Requirements:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3–5 years of litigation experience handling 25+ cases simultaneously
  • Strong communication, writing, and client service skills
  • Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and docketing tools
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities
  • A team player with a commitment to accountability and excellence

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience
