Business Litigation Attorney | South Bay / El Segundo (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned litigator ready to join a collaborative and growing law firm in the South Bay? Our client, a well-established full-service firm with a strong presence in the business, trust, real estate, and estate planning sectors, is seeking a talented Business Litigation Attorney to join their team.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering hybrid flexibility (minimum 3 days onsite) and the chance to work closely with experienced partners and a dedicated support team. The firm fosters a professional-yet-fun culture, hosts regular social events, and values work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of business disputes (contract, partnership/shareholder, commercial torts, real estate-related claims)
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Appear at depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiate settlements
  • Collaborate closely with partners and paralegals
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and the court
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of business litigation experience
  • Active CA Bar license in good standing
  • Deposition and courtroom experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
  • Familiarity with Clio and Google Suite a plus
Compensation & Perks:
  • Base salary: $160K–$225K+ DOE
  • Bonus eligibility (quarterly + annual)
  • Commission on new business (10%)
  • Minimum 1400 billable hours, with bonuses starting at 1550 hours
